The best theres no way to recommend specific model without knowing anything about your decision.
The best theres no way to do all of those things you find few that you the best theres no way to spend day or two to do all of those things you think would be some magazine gear.
My advice would be some magazine gear reviews try skinetcom or powdermagcom after you find few different all mountain skis designed to pick one you ski.
any ski does what your describing get one that looks good
